Cancellations & Refunds
As we manufacture ALL items to order, unfortunately this means we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any general circumstances. We also cannot refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. Under NO circumstances can we refund/cancel an order if your ordered items have already been made for you.
REFUNDS (if and when applicable)
Please refer to above paragraph 1 which outlines that once your order is MADE, no refunds can be processed. If you are requesting a refund and are not local to us, your order will need to be shipped back to us in the same new condition as it was shipped to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus shipping fees and admin/stocking fees and credit card surchage fees, within a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if choosing to return your item. If you are shipping an item back for a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATION of an order (if applicable)
We understand personal circumstances can change from time to time. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order you have already processed, please send us an email at email@example.com or via the contact us form - ensuring to put your Order number in the subject line. As ALL items are made to order any cancelled orders can only be refunded minus a 30% admin/stocking fee and minus any credit card surcharge fees or Afterpay fees (if applicable). This fee applies to all cancelled orders and the fee applies to the products only if the order has not yet been shipped and if the product has not yet been made. Please refer to above paragraph 1 which outlines that once your order is MADE, no cancellations for a refund can be processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared in your bank.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you and, as all products are made to order lead times still may vary.
Kmak Aero Pty Ltd adeheres to the QLD Law regarding Disposal of Uncollected Goods. "The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 covers inspection, custody, storage, repair and other treatment of goods. Under this Act, uncollected goods may be sold six months after the date on which they were ready for collection."
If you as the customer leaves your goods with us for more than 6 months after we have advised you that they are ready, they are classed as uncollected goods. If you, as the customer, do not pay for AND collect the goods after 6 months we will consider selling or destroying to recover costs.
