Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders are shipped by road freight (within Australia). Shipping timeframes vary depending on shipping delivery location and availability of products. In most cases, once the order is picked up by the courier (you will be sent a dispatch notification email once courier has collected with tracking details included), delivery arrives no later than 7-10 business days (within Australia). If you have not received your order after this timeframe and have not heard from the courier regarding your delivery, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders to be shipped, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are happy to combine shipping orders so if ordering multiple items - please contact us to confirm the combined shipping price is quoted prior to checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our courier carriers accept residential or business physical addresses for shipping only. NO shipping to PO Boxes.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kmak Aero Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kmak Aero Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All parcels must be inspected prior to signing for your item from the courier. Any damages noted on delivery needs to be reported to us ASAP. A strict 7 day time limitation applies within which a damage indemnity claim may be made with the courier, even if acknowledged as damaged on proof of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us to file a claim.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You can advise either Kmak Aero or the courier of an ATL (Authority to Leave) for your delivery in the event the receiver is not home/business not open to receive the consignment. This allows our couriers to leave your package without obtaining a physical signature. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to allow an ATL of your package you are accepting the risk of the courier not being able to deliver and confirm that you are receiving a package in good order and condition. If you choose to give instructions for "authority to leave" this means you will no longer be covered by the courier's Shipping Insurance Cover.
International Shipping Policy
We can ship internationally - please email us or send us a message on our Facebook page for a quote prior to placing an international order. Currently only orders shipped within Australia can be purchased with automatic shipping calculated. Manually shipping quotes can be obtained for all international orders upon request. We recommend contacting us for a shipping price before placing any orders to make sure you are happy with the shipping price that returns from our international courier. If you place an order before contacting us for an international shipping quote then the usual refund/cancellation policy applies.
All above Shipping policies for Domestic deliveries also apply for all International shipments.
